Thank you for taking the time visit my website. I would appreciate the opportunity to assist you in finding your dream home or selling your current property.
I am a lifetime resident of Western Pennsylvania growing up in Latrobe ,PA and a resident of the South Hills since 1964. My wife (Carol) and I currently own our home in Bethel Park. Prior to my real estate career, I was employed by CONSOL ENERGY for 33 1/2 years in various accounting positions advancing to the Eastern Region Controller. We are the parents of three grown children and the proud grandparents of 6, three girls and three boys. I am an avid sports fan, active church member and a member of the Rotary Club of Bethel St Clair. In order to serve the Bethel Park and Upper St Clair communities I deliver Meals on Wheels. In anticipation of my retirement, I explored a number of opportunities. I was introdced to real estate by several friends who have been successful in the business for a number of years. Although I had additional opportunities in the accounting world, I was looking for a career change and thought that selling real estate would be a challenge I would like to try. I met with the Manager of the Bethel Park Office and discussed the many opportunities available in Real Estate. Before leaving the office I was offered a position upon my retirement. In August of 1998 I began my real estate career with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices The Preferred Realty. In these past 19 years many changes have taken place in the industry. The biggest change, to me has been the computerization and social media.. The main lesson I have learned is that buyers, sellers, and agents need to be treated the way you want to be treated. In order to be successful you must be dedicated and willing to work hard. When buying or selling a home patience is required and I frequently remind my clients "there is a house for every buyer and a buyer for every house". I am very detailed oriented which helps me service my clients. I look forward to the opportunity to work with you. Thanks again for your time.
Contrary to media reports, home values in Pittsburgh are steady - far above the national average. In fact, locally our average sales price has increased over last year. If your are thinking of selling your home there is really no better time and no better place than Western Pennsylvania.
We would be happy to show you what your home is worth in today's market.
